Lucky Golf Return & Refund Policy

This policy outlines return eligibility, conditions, and refund handling for all Lucky Golf products. Please review carefully before initiating a return.


How to Start a Return

Apparel & Gear Returns

Returns for apparel and gear follow a standard return process.

To initiate a return for apparel or gear, please use our Returns Portal or follow the return instructions provided on your order confirmation. Items must meet the return conditions outlined below to be eligible for a refund.


Golf Club Returns

All golf club returns require approval before being sent back.

To initiate a return for any golf club, please contact our Customer Support team through the website chat or by emailing support@luckygolf.com. Our team will guide you through the next steps based on the club type and return eligibility.


General Return Rules (All Products)

  • Returns must be initiated within the applicable return window for the product category.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned outside the stated conditions may be subject to partial refunds or return denial.

  • Customized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless deemed defective.


Golf Clubs — 60-Day Return Policy

Returns for golf clubs must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

All golf club returns:

  • Require approval before return

  • Require photo verification prior to approval

  • Are refunded only after physical inspection


Putters

Putters may be used during the 60-day period. However, to qualify for a refund:

  • The putter must be returned in brand-new condition.

  • There must be no visible signs of wear, including but not limited to:

    • Face marks

    • Sole wear

    • Scratches, dents, or chips

    • Bag chatter

    • Grip wear or damage

  • Modifications (regripping, bending, cutting, or altering the club) are not permitted.

If the putter shows any signs of wear or damage, it will not meet return conditions and may be subject to a partial refund or return denial.


Wedges

Returns for wedges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Only one wedge per set may be opened and tested.

  • The wedge may be tested on a turf mat or other non-abrasive surface.

  • The wedge must be returned in brand-new condition, with:

    • No groove wear

    • No face marks

    • No sole wear

    • No cosmetic or structural damage

  • All other wedges in the set must remain factory sealed.

If there is significant use, visible wear, or damage, the wedge(s) will not meet return conditions and may be subject to a partial refund or return denial.


Irons

Returns for iron sets are subject to the following conditions:

  • Only the 7-iron may be removed from factory plastic.

  • The 7-iron may be tested on a turf mat or non-abrasive surface.

  • All other irons must remain factory sealed.

  • The entire set must be returned in brand-new condition.

If there is significant use of the 7-iron or any damage to the set, the return may result in a partial refund or return denial.


Drivers, Hybrids, and Woods

Drivers, hybrids, and woods may be returned within 60 days under the following conditions:

  • The club must appear completely unused.

  • There must be no visible signs of wear or damage.

  • The club must be returned in original condition, with no modifications.

If the club shows significant use or damage, it may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on condition.


Apparel — 30-Day Return Policy

Returns for apparel must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Items must show no signs of wear or damage, including but not limited to:

    • Makeup or deodorant stains

    • Odors

    • Pet hair

    • Stretching

    • Laundering

Items returned without tags will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund.

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Gear & Accessories — 30-Day Return Policy

Returns for gear and accessories must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in unused condition.

  • Items showing wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return.

  • Defective items may be eligible for replacement or refund upon inspection.


Custom Items

  • All customized products are final sale.

  • Customized items are not eligible for return or refund, unless deemed defective upon inspection.


Non-Returnable Conditions (All Products)

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item shows visible wear or damage beyond stated conditions

  • The item has been modified

  • The return window has passed

  • Required approval or documentation is not provided

  • The item is returned without authorization
